married with Angela 1 son "Beppo" who himself is very successful in modern rallying started rallying in 1984 with Volkswagen later 2 years in Austrian AUDI team (AUDI Coupe, AUDI 200) 1 year MAZDA team Austria (Mazda 323) than with own cars in Austrian championship with Lancia Delta Integrale retired from modern rallies in 1983 and re-started with historic cars in 2001 preferable with Porsche 911 in Austrian and European Championship since 2009 with MITSUBISHI Lancer.
